My utopia ideas for the future SG sex industry

Idea 1: build a sex community centre where singles are able to hang out here whether to make friends or have sex. So that those who are single for life/ugly ones that not able to find any partner in their lives will be able to make opposite gender friends and also to have sex.

Idea 2: revamp and merge the whole Geylang whore houses into one mega sex mansion (this can be located at Geylang or island away from our mainland.). Level one will be shops like sex shop, bubble tea, coffee shop, sex clinic and etc. But all the female staff who are working here will be wearing bikini/lingerie, as for guys will be half naked. Basement will be carpark, roof level will be a mega swimming pool of 1.5m, where people can fk there naked, BBQ and have a swim.
