Want to hear some of them. This board brother seems like all bad news. Any success stories to post by the brothers?

Here's a classic "Success" Story to share share

The American scoffed, "I am a Harvard MBA and could help you. You should
spend more time fishing and with the proceeds buy a bigger boat. With the
proceeds from the bigger boat you could buy several boats.
Eventually you would have a fleet of fishing boats and instead of selling your catch to a middleman you would sell directly to the processor, eventually opening your own cannery.
You would control the product, processing and distribution.
You would need to leave this small coastal fishing village and move to Kingston, then LA and eventually New York City where you will run your expanding enterprise."

The Jamaican fisherman asked, "But sah, how long will all dis tek?"
The American replied, "15-20 years."
"Den wha' next me a' do, sah?"
The American laughed, smiled, and said "that's the best part. When the
time is right you would announce an IPO and sell your company stock to the public and become very rich, you would make millions."

"Millions, sah? Den wha'?" asked the Jamaican.

This made the American pause... then he humbly replied...

"Then you would retire, move to a small coastal fishing village where you would sleep late, fish a little, play with your kids, make love with your wife, take walks into the village in the evenings where you could drink rum and play dominoes with your friends. And go for commercial fucks once a while"

I added the last sentence to make it relevant to this board

The Fisherman might not be able to sleep late, fish a little, play with your kids, make love with your wife, take walks into the village in the evenings where you could drink rum and play dominoes with your friends one day if :

1) The government decides to takeover the land.
2) A tycoon buys over the land and develope into commervial use.

Expect the unexpected.

I am actually wondering about the dangers of posting a "success" thread because it could make some think that success is as easy to find as failure and they will become blinded in hope of foolishness.

Successfully falling in love and having a WL, FL or any other L, is a very hard thing. First of all, like any relationship, are you willing to let go and is she willing to allow you to have full control of her life? Take for example, a normal girl, you love her and want to fuck her. If you find out you are not the first guy, it will piss you off and also you will want to know more. The more you find, the more pissed you get. Will you then be able to forgive and forget? And that is just a normal girl ok? Will she than be willing to give up her life and her means of income and rely solely on you? Because you will not want her to be with other guys right?

There are success stories. Like I posted a long time ago, I know of a friend who married a stripper in Japan. He fell in love with her and persisted. He knocked down her every resistance and gave her the confidence. The start and also sometimes when things are down, they will still have to fight hard not to bring up old scores. But he tells me that it is his luck to find such a beautiful thing to be his wife and mother to his daughter and she tells me and my wife she is lucky to have a man accept her for what she is. She is not the same woman as before, but he is also not the same man. They have both gone to the next level. How many can do that?

So I hope that this "success" story can show that it does exist, but at the same time, it takes a lot of hard work from both sides.

Brother, I dont think any SG brohers are so naive to think it is easy to be in a relationship with one of the gals. At the same time you brought up a great angle to think about how the gals feel they can forget the past. Lets keep this dialogue going as I[m hoping more SG brothers will come forward with their stories of true love.

I barely knew them. Is this a success story? What's with all these stuff??? I am not a heavy flower hanger or tipper

Not sure if this counts as a success story

I've lived almost 2/3rd of my life and the last 1/3rd I should be meeting my Maker. In my life, I can count with one hand the no. of times I have actually had to resort to paid sex. I have countless gfs and the last/present one is the most beautiful of them all and she is young enough to be my daughter - if I had one. Her time spent with me is like a "journey of discovery" as she is rather young and inexperienced and I have a lot to teach. I love how she gets turned on easily. I love how she smells like a baby when we wake up in the morning. I love how, when we are out walking in public, other men do a double-look at this beautiful young lady and wonder what she sees in this old man (me). haha~

I am not sure how long this will last and whether she will see me off at my deathbed.

I feel sorry for my peers who have aging wives or young men who have to pay for sex with ugly prostitutes, etc. It's not that I am being proud but I am rather glad that I waited all my life for this. I guess the message here is - patience has its rewards.
