I was lucky to have worked with a bunch of fresh teachers and trainee teachers. Many of them are gnd and not all are the smoking hot type. Because of their inexperience, you can easily charm them with wit and humour.
Those in the late 20s and 30s are harder to tackle, mostly experienced in life and likely attached or settled down.
Those in late 30s and 40s still single must see if can click with them. Those who are lookers or in good physical shape are quite limited, so is really down to luck.
When I left the project, one matured teacher in her mid-40s bought me bath bombs as gift and hinted that she wants to see me use them. She secretly passed me her room card and the rest was history.
