Yup there is. In the first place Vung Tau is not HCM. They don't go till late night to fish

how FLs operate there? stand one side together hanging around looking around till some guy approaches them?
whats the pricing like?

Will try 88 next time. dont like it because super loud... but if go to tabao FLs only i dont mind.

Unfortunately they don't advertise themselves. You gotta hunt/fish. Else just try your luck with Gaito.
