Exercise, cut out drinking and smoking, google for a diet that boosts Nitric Oxide (NO).

If you're disciplined and focused your ED will be a thing of the past in no time at all.

bro, how did you conclude that "death grip" is the cause of your ed problem? maybe you wan to share like how old you are and whether you exercise etc.. there's always a saying that the lesser you use it, one day you will lose the function altogether. but of course if you use it too often.. fatigue comes into play and something else will happen

You need to give more details of yr lifestyle habit. You born 94, too young for ED. Even for me (way older), it's extremely rare. Unless for that whole month I masterbature+sex for 3 weeks straight

oh hor u masturbate too much in the past. I was chronic death grip masturbator. Amlmost every day since at the age of 21 (first time accessing internet at home) i will wank to porn. I would take a break once or twice a week. The addiction is crazy. I got married before at the age of 30 and start experirncing ED during intercourse with my wife.
