There's no such thing as an "energy booster". As long as you're eating a balanced diet, you should have enough energy go about life's routines.

You need additional energy sources only if you're doing an endurance sport like marathons or bike racing.

If you're suffering from chronic fatigue, there are scores of reasons for your condition.

other then balanced diet, u need to exercise regularly also to maintain ur stamina after "sport(s)", avoid energy booster or some sort
