i had signature b4. Now i want to edit signature then found out there isnt any "edit signature" function anymore under my User CP. The functions available under "Setting and Options" are: Edit avatar, edit email & password, edit options and edit ignore list

Signatures are disabled for those still in moderation. Once you're out of moderation, your signature will appear and the signature options will be enabled.

why dont you just read question18 of this thread like i told you..

there is an update there that says...
Note : with effect from 5 Oct 2011(server time)
those under moderation will not be able to create a signature
you need to get out of moderation before you can have a signature
