knn, sell one property wanna fuck the agent. its not easy being an agent. you have no pay no stability. banks don't really recognised your pay unless you are consistently high income.

just because you managed to, you cant possibly brag about that? its just like you managed to up a colleague or some gers on the street but not putting their occupation on the table as a trade off.

btw I am not an agent and I don't like agents as well as most of them very cheapskate. bill came all go toilet etc. income not stable also cannot blame them.

Put the drinking/bills aside, every line have their black sheeps. to up an agent just because you have something to sell is the most loser mentality.

especially when u are selling a hdb or just a studio. how much can I cost. how much com are we looking at. Not as if you selling a GCB or sentosa landed.

haha back to the story of disgusting agents, once we went to DM, 2 of us bump into 4 agents in their 50s, who seemingly old birds are 3 are KEOs in their respective firms, of course not those big ones. they kept bragging about this and that, after which they ask us to join them in their room. they ordered a martell at first. so when its finished, I ordered 1 more which I paid for it. when its finished, they ordered 1 more. think is 3 plus one which I think is ok since they claimed to be regulars so maybe more worth it. I seldom go DM so I don't needed the extras. so I told them we share the bottle. they agreed and and I pass them 200. which is more than half cause dm only 300plus.

night gets darker, every one abit tipsy. when the bill came, 2 went toilet, 2 pretend to be drunk. left my friend and I, so I tell my self, fine the last bottle I pay. assuming first bottle paid. after payment, all wake up and left, machiam like ninja, den when I was leaving, the waitress caught up with me and ask for payment for first bottle, citing when they left, they ask the company to collect from me. its not a lot of $ but this is damn classic!!! lao jio agent somemore, wah lao!!!! disgusting to the max. damn angry!!!

this is just one of the more disgusting story.

Lol...when I am reading this particular thread..it makes me think of this property agent me and my wife bought a house from..recent years...from propnex.

Not to be naming but I was out hunting for a nest with my wife that time..cue...near upper serangoon there. Then this friendly neighbourhood property agent came up to us and ask if we did have any appointments pior to visiting the showroom. It was an impromptu house viewing session and naturally did not have any appointment.

Now this property agent is a lao chio....quite small size and...duno if busty not coz to me looks like a push up bra. Was very friendly to me till the extend of incurring jealousy from my wife...

Cut the story short..after to and fro we sign the contract and thought it was the end of the agent...

Few months later...Halloween...I had a hush hush guys night out at....shanghai dolly...blah blah blah....when this bloodied nurse came beside my table with their group squeezing next to the table beside us..I'm like eh sek sek leh...but I cannot remember who the f is that...nvm..

Then my friends jio me..quick go di siao them...all costume ma...then the nurse costume the skirt so damn short lo...I tap her shoulders and you know when the music is so noisy u will like put your hands Ard the waist and yell hi right...that's what I did...

Then upon closer look...wah lau....my property agent lo...knn...lol cut the story short...I grind her on the dance floor grab her up and down lol and she reciprocate my horny advances...she even went up to the pole there and dance a lesbian dance with her nurse friend lo...but too bad...too drunk liao that night..ended up friend fetch me hm..knn lol that's the closes I have with my property agent
