Dear bro,

I have the same problem like u the only different is mine is on student pass which expired on this 05/09/09. she extend her student pass on the last week of sept09 as after cancel the first one and was issuse a white card till 15/10/09.now she is on another 1 year student pass till 8/10/10.

i knew her last year mid of nov 08, and is going to be two year (until her pass expired) then i will pop the questionwith two year in hand i will be observeing her whether is she married to me out of love or for money or for the s'pore IC.

agreed with the others brothers ,must able to tell whether is she genuine to u or not. also agreed with u that s'pore ladies also the same divouce and half of everything gone not only that still wants to fight for maintaince for herself ,so what the different between s'porean and china ladies ??? only different is one is holding our passport the other is holding a 2 cent passport.


need to explain one thing sometime go KTV also heard PRC woman complain that the customer she sit with at the other room ,touch here touch there want to french,finger,lick, touch breast after that only give $20. i know that"s the standard,but what i feel is that if we men want to go out to fool

if you are serious about this girl and your intention for her to come to Singapore is to ROM, better ROM in China and apply for her to come to Singapore. This will be easier as you can official apply for her to come to Singapore as your Spouse.

My friend has a similar problem but the problem was solve when the lady give birth to a child. My friend just submit the DNA report between the baby and him and his wife is able to get in, further more the wife has been arrested for vice activities before she know him and got black listed by ICA, now the wife is a PR. You will be surpise on the power of the baby, as long as the baby is a Singaporean, the mother will at least be a PR.

Of course please do not go to such extremes unless all else fail.

Bro, I think you need to re-qualify this 'got baby means even blacklisted mother can get PR' statement. Personally, I can confirm that it is NOT TRUE. Singapore govt is not so desperate for babies yet.

For your friend's case, we dun know how long the application took, what he did and his education/economic background. So maybe you like to share more with regards to your friend's success.

The law in singapore is very stringent. For those foreigners who used different passports, they will be banned from entering singapore for a certain number of years depending on a case to case basis or even for life. the system ica is using is really smart and those pple at the counter has a lot of experience in doing profiling on the person wanting to enter. For this case, most of the time, she will be repatriated back to her country.

Bro TS, for her to get married with you in singapore is almost impossible anymore as the system in singapore will capture her biodata if she attempts to enter again. She's on the blacklist already.

For visa application, it's very stringent for certain countries(confidential) to enter to singapore.

The only way for you to get married with her is in China like what most of the bros here had said.

I believe the reason for the second passport is due to the irregularities of address in the first passport. However, the question is whether the second passport is a real one or a fake one? Real one....maybe you can explain to the top of ICA, and see what he say. If it is a fake one, good luck m8.

What lonelygal(sorry hor, not sure you he or she...lolz..) say is quite true, with baby, the application for PR is quite fast. Done that for my wife and take less than 6 months.

Check with ROM on the procedure for getting married in other countries. Then after that, you can try to apply the PR for your wife and hopefully by then she is pregnant to expedite the process.

Not necessarily true........ still need to satisfy some criteria.......
a) male babies who are SG citizens...... PR for mother is on fast track;
b) must be able to sustain the family financially..... that means hubby must have a stable and regular job;
c) have been making regular donations to the gahment....... that means your hubby have been making regular CPF contributions and income tax payments (the formulae used to calculate is the total amount paid over the past 24 months have to be more than XXX amount for approval);
d) no criminal records;

OR

e) high net worth individual (able to prove that you or your family are among the elite moneyed class).

Every PR application is different....... some get approved as quick as 1 month while others after 5 years are still waiting for approval.

PRC gals routinely get 2nd (fake?) passports and in their culture, it's like the normal thing to do in a desperate situation. And sometimes they can't understand why we are so gancheong abt it. That's why they have fake renminbi, fake everything in China.

Putting that cultural difference in mindset aside, have u considered getting her into JB, setting up home there and you can visit her daily? I think the Iskandar Region in Johor is setting up this seamless commuting idea with the use of an entry card to enable easy commuting for S'poreans. Not sure if the idea is on or off.

However, I had heard previously(my uncle times), you need to have contribution to CPF and also pay some taxes. The application for PR will be quite easy.
