Is it better to go massage/HJ before or after C19 2nd jap?

when u go for 2nd jab that time u can ask the people there ok to go for massage+hj anot or must wait how long then can go... i think they can answer u better... over here we all answer is agar agar one.. if u listen then anything happen to u then not so nice la...

Just to share my personal experience, as a 51 yo old uncle.

Had my 2nd jab in mid May, and rested on that day due to splitting headache but no fever. For the next consecutive three days, I had FJ, HJ, and FJ respectively.
I am absolutely fine till today : Bros on Telegram get to see my adventure list.
Guess it depends on individuals.

is it safe to go for massage and HJ after the jap? My appointment is 1pm then after jap 2pm i can go for massage and HJ because i took half day leave and wish to spent my time inside massage room as cannot drink coffee also and dont know where to go
