Tried 锦绣里江南主题公馆 near the famous 星利元 KTV around 朝阳区

No wonder there is a still a saying 南东莞北长春 in the past

Changchun lives up to its name as “洗浴之城”, remaining one of the most value-for-money destinations in China for full-service (98) spas. Visited recently in Mar before the raids that is still ongoing from April recently.

1. Spa scene

Low Tier 洗浴(RMB 200–300):
• Basic 20–30 minute services.
• Known locally as 洗浴.
• Popular location: 蓝天, on the west side—always packed with locals.
• Operates from noon; best time to visit is mid-afternoon for a fresher lineup.

Mid Tier 中高端会馆 (RMB 500–1,000):
• Includes features like water bed service.
• Best accessed through local Telegram groups by booking specific girls (using ang pai names or numbers).


High Tier (RMB 2,000+):

• 溪塘健足公馆（金碧阁大厦店）
• 幽兰芳馨酒店
• Younger, model-type WLs in a more upscale environment.
• Some venues allow walk-ins; others are discreet and require pre-arranged pickup.

Low tier 洗浴 scattered all over the city

Mid to high tier spa



2. Entertainments : KTV & Dance Halls

Dance Halls:
• Generally underwhelming and not worth the time. Entry fee $10, one song 5 min 10 or 20. Chengdu or CQ still the best. Or even the booming Xian dance scene

KTVs (游戏场):
• Better alternative for entertainment with potential for full service.
• Recommended mid-tier venues (under RMB 2,000 per pax):
• 星利元 Seven
• 曼哈顿 Manhattan
• 天宫之城
• Sitting fees: RMB 600 / 800 / 1,000 depending on selection.
• Top RMB 600–800 for full service in room or toilet. Most don’t allow Taobao back.
• Good service and variety, though quality may be lower than in Chengdu or Shanghai.



Final Verdict:
• Annual raids have affected operations since April, but the scene is expected by Aug.
• Still one of the top destinations for cost-effective indulgence in whole of PRC and will be back in few months for action again once everything back to normal again.
