i have a few bruneian chinese friends who have lived in singapore for a few years. they look, speak, and act like singaporeans. in fact, if they din't tell you, you probably wouldn't even know. for cases like these, it doesn't really matter much imo, but every man to his own opinion.

Let me first clarify that I'm not being RACIST, just saying that for LOCAL (only local only) Guys, a PINK IC seem to carry more weight in gold than a BLUE IC or passport watever. Even pretty Koreans don't command as much in the market. And some Koreans are nearly flawless in looks. Think only maybe Japanese can command a price similar to a Singaporean lass. Most of the pretty looking Chinese SYT, their HP is beeping non-stop, just that not alot guys write FRs as they dun want her to be too popular especially if they are priced cheap at 80-100.

I have many Bruneian friends in Singapore and they definitely don't sound or look like Singaporeans. They have darker skin and speaks with an accent. Maybe it's just my group of Bruneian friends (about 10 of them) that are like this or maybe there are some who are truly like Singaporeans.

Not to be racist or anything but another thing about Bruneians to take note of is halal restaurants only and definitely no pork. So might be a bit difficult if you're a pork ribs lover like me.

I think those you're referring to is Bruneian Malay. Those Bruneian Chinese is definitely similar to Singaporean Chinese. We eat pork and don't need halal food.
