The Pelita lobang so long ago liao ... Pikir udah habis lah ... Furthermore the Pelita one is in residential area ... Wanna buy things also gotta take mobile/ojek and somemore the place don't look that safe ... Somemore the Pelita room you gotta throw in funishing and etc ... And also share commom toilet ... BM ever advised me might as well rent those single-storey houses ... 1 Room 1 Hall ard Rp700K/mth and 2 Room 1 Hall ard Rp1 Juta/mth ... Then throw in another S$1-2K for furnishing and ard half juta Rp per month for utility bills ...

Comes at a price:
- unfurnished
- common toilet
- 10-15 minutes walk to main road
- outta place
- not safe (in my opinion)
- etc ... (can only tell you all the cons when we meet up for next TCSS)

To be frank ... Renting the whole unit will be better then just renting a room from others ... You can rent the whole unit then sub let to others also mah ...
