am looking for someone reliable to fund their spare cash.

monthly friendly loan kind of lender/investor plan

min 3 months
max 12 month agreement

IOU/lawyer letter can be signed for the agreement too

got a few people who is sincere in borrowing and willing to return on due dates.

There’s only unreliable borrowers.

All lenders are very reliable. You pay up on time, they won’t make noise. U say u forgot, they remind u by coming to your door since u also forgot to turn on your hp. Sometimes they remind u via your neighbors since u not at home everytime they come. U finish repaying, as a valued customer, they will just advertise you their next special promo to make sure your cash needs are addressed. How can this be not reliable?

Money better dun lend. If they use ur money to gamble how? Even true friend can borrow excessively and never return. U have to understand if u got no money and then have to work as cleaner, who will pity u? Better u go work as cleaner then u understand.

For special cases, old age, no choice have to lend. But if they go gamble how? Later take a huge debt how? Just make sure ur money doesn't go wasted and in the wrong hands.

it is sad and ironic

when they borrow money, they will act humbly, promise this promise that

when ask them to return the money, they act as if the creditor owes them like that, or act blur, or use delay tactics

there are few who are reliable and sincere in repaying unlike some take and chao case. why afraid to lend when you got legal documents agreement?

bank has min requirement which min salary of 2500 or ann income of min 30 to 35k, if meet the requirement why would i be asking for trusted lender?

LOL, reliable as in really keen and loan out cash. meet up and sign all kind of documents which the lender requires. only those online ahlong tio scam cos it is illegal.

I lent a "friend" some money a few months ago. This "friend" has since MIAed on me.

So what if there's an IOU? The police doesn't care like funboi said. At most, they will summon the payment defaulter down to the station to take their statement. The defaulter can always say "I intend to pay but I have no money at this time", and the case is closed.

Sure, I can hire a lawyer to sue, or professional debt collector to knock on doors. But it would cost way more than the amount I lent. So what's the point of the IOU again?

Your "few people who is sincere in borrowing and willing to return on due dates" doesn't exactly strike me with confidence. Obviously anyone who needs money is "sincere in borrowing". How "sincere" they are in returning is the problem. If someone is desperate and has nothing to lose, do you think they would be "afraid tio sue"? Do you think they are afraid of the police?

Honestly, it sounds like you're trying to run an unlicensed moneylending business that is crowdfunded. There is no risk to you at all since the money doesn't come from your pocket. If your borrowers MIA, you don't lose anything. And if they follow the rules and pay back the principle + interest, you make a cut as the middle man. Looks like a win-win situation for you only.

Nobody with functioning brains would wanna risk their money just to help an internet stranger get rich.

i lend many friends money all become no more friend liao.
The risk is even higher to strangers.
