actually now tcm the safest... cause after finish raiding tcm they will go for facial and sleazy massage parlor.. but definitely not tcm in the short run. hahaha

they need to see a sinseh in attendance, or instructions have been passed down by someone certified or trained, like a therapist or sports trainer. All must be licensed. workers need to be certified. That's why some shops will put up their certs and diplomas on the walls, to show they are legit. Those in fact are the safest. I miss some of these MLs who have since shut down or gone home. They usually give the best treatment (real TCM) and hj
