Hi all bros, anyone can share where to book budget hotel with bath tub attached for transit? i.e 2 hours those type for $20 - $30 dollars? Understand that due to recent claim down a lot of hotel no longer provide transit booking. But i do believe there are still some available. Maybe we can consolidate this thread as useful info for all bros seeking cheap and good budget hotel for short time . Tried looking for budget hotel with bath tub but to no avail yet, maybe some bro here can provide info. Thanks

Just heard from a cabbie that AV has been regularly raiding Hotel 81 for the past 3 months. Anyone hear anything about that as well?

Most 81 have rooms with bathtub but perhaps got to pay extra if its for over nite.

For 2hr transit gotta request and I suppose based on availability, so ask before u give them your ic for extra bargaining power...

I think the only places that don't do transit anymore are the ones in JooChiat, a fact that I still haven't gotten over coz it was my fav area....

Didn't request for it, but the last I came across a room with bathtub was Lavender corner 81 top floor room...

I more interested in rooms with lots of mirrors....so far I know only lor20 and 18...

Hi bro, care to share exactly which chian of hotel 81 u referring? Lavender? but so far i tried kovan 81 doesn't have bath tub attached. as for mirror i think kovan 81 normal room does have mirror inside the room. Btw any bro tired Value Hotel along Balestier area? i believe these's 2 value hotel along balestier itself, one is a building itself while the other is beside one 7-11. anyone knows the rates and facilities provided? i.e bath tub? come on bro, let's keep this thread alive and contribute to serve as a sticky info guide for all bros here looking for good budget hotel!!!!

bro you can try the new cape inn at seng poh road. The room there is big and it comes with a bath tub. The hotel serves more for tourist and coperate clients so no AV. Currently it is having a special opening 2hr for 30 dollars as advertised in news paper. Cheers and happy bonking

Tried once in H81 Cosy in Chinatown Keong Siak Street due to shortage of rooms. They called it deluxe room and charge $30 for 2 hrs. But the bath tub is quite run down

I tried Hotel 81 at Jalan Sultan. Room are new and with mirror. Never c bathtub... Hav LCD TV also... Aircon is good! May b need to request bah...Sometimes it charged me $30 and sometimes $20 for 2 hours... What is the actual price wo?

ya right, i also thought H81 shd be $20 for 2 hours transit, but i ever tried H81 Kovan and was charge $30 for 2 hours ?

i would like to know which budget hotel got the most convenient car parking coz i scare if someone i know seeing me around near those hotels...

The wood flooring at H81 Jalan Sultan is better than my home.

Cape Inn was always a good place to go, when Bro Icemen had all his contacts from Lido and Tiananmen. You could spend an afternoon with the girls for $120 instead of the $300 to $500 they charged at night.

Since the names are out, might as well recommend bros go to Amber Hotel in Katong. All the rooms are excellent - far better than H81.

Any idea what is the hourly rates there for Amber? Don't mind trying out the place this week end if it is cheap. I saw on their website daily is $100.
