Norwich it's confirmed, there's no question about it. Apart from a few flares here and there, they've not been able to maintain the consistency of the top league.
Bournemouth getting relegated makes its easy for teams to pick up players like Fraser and Nathan Ake. Likewise if Aston Villa go down, Grealish could be signed for a cheaper price
