Haha, she actually offered to pay for her own ticket to fly down from Chiangmai to see me in Bangkok when I offered to cover that for her as well. One of the thing you need to remember is that individuals you get to know on TF if they are not outright commercial hookers/escorts, they will want to preserve their dignity and pride by footing the bill at least for part of the expenses incurred in meeting you. Thai people are very auto in this regard. They don't expect you to treat them or "buy" them outright.
That's part of the thrill and allure of pulling someone who's not working in BKK or Pattaya nightlife scene. Of course, your mileage may vary!
