I knew justin aka 小过 thru one of my friend during my recent Taiwan trip in august. He is really a dependable guy you can rarely find nowadays. Although there were some miscommunication in between but he came down personally to help us resolve the issues quickly. After that he still offered to bring us to a really nice supper place.
