You are talking about S$2-4k or ~52,000 to 104,000baht for whole night of fun? You have quite a number of options, depending on how you want to make it "memorable" . If it is compulsory to have english speaking fair skin syt that will go LT with you guys, your options become more limited unless you get an agent or mamasan to organise the ladies for you.
Many agents advertising here - they get the ladies, you choose the venue. Go out for dinner followed by clubbing at those locations highlighted in this thread.
If lazy to organise, good option is go to one of the soapy establishment and ask for VIP membership, which enables you free access to VIP lounge with jacuzzi and ktv area for all of you to party, including alcohol. Just remember the lady bookings are 80-90min per session, which entitles you to 1 shot per session. Penthouse provides ladies for 7hr session, starting from 13kbaht. Can get package for VIP lounge and drinks, but this place is less posh and no bathtub or jacuzzi avail. Can only singsong, play billiards and do all the humsup things in private rooms.
If LT is optional, popular venues would be G clubs such as The Pimp if want playability. For Pimp, can get mamasan to ask which ladies go LT with customers. If not too hard up, other G clubs can also be fun, but no guarrantee can tapao lady.
