Most of them are on the ISG forum (I am sure you know, I don't want to post a link HERE to a competing forum). Start from the Reports of Distinction thread and you will find all them (first time in Batam was 4 years ago, so I had lots to write).
I am not a fan of those bars. They are a den of bule
On my last 2-3 visits, I think I entered a pub only once. I had some beers and then I moved to Pacific.
The only special place is NoName, but it's another story.
Girls are sexy and can be very friendly too, but in general there are too many sleazy ones, or at least they are too professional and used to be with bule. They expect the rich bule pays at least 1M.
However, the procedure is:
- enter and have a beer (15k only)
- offer beers to girls (it's BMD) but try to focus only on one you really like
- play pool, dance, get in touch
- many of them or all of them will be happy to follow you to your hotel, for at least 1M I would say, but after 2am when the pub closes.
(On my first time in Batam, I had a couple of such bar girls, and the standard fee was 800k)

Not like there. It's basically BMD, but drinks are cheap (just be careful with what they offer you to drink) and there is no barfine, as far as I know. Wait they close, at 2am, and you can head to hotel with your girl under your arm. (be sure she's not too drunk)

There is no math rule. Read my reports and compare different stories to get an idea.
In massage KTV, if you don't stop to sing a song, you pay the booking fee (350k up to 1.5M+ in exceptional cases) and leave.
In a pub, you need to establish first a relationship.
