Thought I'd share my experiences with the bros here too:

Went for my cut yesterday at CGH process was fairly quick and cost less than $300 (paid fully by medisave). The process was done under GA and I woke up with some numbness around my private areas as they used some block to numb the pain within the area. The staffs there are really professional so it really assured me that they know what they are doing.

I now have a dressing wrapped around the wound which I was told will drop off after a few days. I'm trying to 'air' the area as much as possible now so I've been walking around my room bottom naked unless I need to go out of my room to do something.

I guess the most important process now is to keep the wound dry so that the healing process will be faster. Will update soon!
