I am the legal advisor to several bars in AC and I used to travel there every other week from my home in LOS. Now the bar owners come to LOS to see me instead as they are scared to stay in AC any longer than they need to. Running a bar is no longer profitable in AC. Every centivo that is earned goes into paying off those corrupt bastards. In some cases, the owners have to dig into their own pockets if the amount is not enough.
