u went to Boss KTV and look for ktv hostess when u r in Hanoi..then why u wanna go bar and hunt for FL when u in HCMC....
u shld have just follow it and go to a KTV instead.although i have never been to Hanoi,but i seriously doubt there are more KTV in Hanoi if compared to HCMC.
the last time i get a KTV hostess for LT back in Sinkie which shld be about 10 years ago.i think i paid 150 Sgd if i am not wrong.today 10 years later,i am paying 150 Usd for LT from hostess working in places like KTV 700 or 1127.and 75 Usd to 100 Usd if its hostess from a more localised ktv which its called Bia Om.
Hence,i really dont know how u get the above conclusion...
