Yes..... actually this is the law that is commonly used to whack any foreigner that is brought back to Station 4 in AC as it gives the Philippines finest the option to either release or detain you...... all it takes is a complaint filed against you by the girl, her family, or anyone who happens to know she is more than 10 years younger than you.

There has been several cases but I am sure none of the victims would want to publicize their case...... most would just quietly pay up, and get the fuck out on the next plane and never come back again.
