You might wana check your junk box if they have sent you any information on the changes earlier. I had similar issues before with scoot and tiger and both refunded me. There was nothing I could do as the plane was already full.

I have checked and double checked all my emails and junk mails too. There was no notification from Cebu Pacific about my flight changes. If I had not went into the website today.... I would not have even known about the flight changes.


Anyway I just received an automated reply from Cebu service desk to my earlier emails stating that they are looking into the matter and will reply me in 7 days !! ..... by then my flight would have taken off.

Damn fuck up!!!
