Stayed in Mercure few months back. Room rate is around IDR380000 all in. Spacious room. Wifi only at lobby. Helpful front desk. B'fast was ok but not included in room price. One convenience store just beside.
KFC & Pizza Hut within 5 mins walk. Walking from Mercure to WFC or Permata Indah is 10 mins and another 10 mins to Nagoya Hill Mall passing Formosa. Don't think you have a problem since you are engaging driver. Hope this helps.
