Oh come on, its Batam and nothing some $$$ and coaxing cannot settled.....I am not suggesting that you should pay additional for that.....it should be part of the 'standard scope of services and delivery'. Maybe next time, you sound them out first, and set your expectation....
For me its slightly different as I do not book from joints.
