Galaxy hotel is not much of a problem if you have made reservations as they have larger number of rooms to fill.
Bangkok hotel has limited number of rooms so even if you have a confirmed reservation with them.... but if a Korean walks in and wants a room they WILL cancel your reservation to give it to the Korean.... be warned !
