Ortigaz is on the way to forgot which station - someone fill me in.. something boulevard.
then from there take a cab..
The jam ends around 11 ish.. to almost midnight, after that quite smooth sailing already same with jakarta
Can even take the train to EDSA and then go from there.
or if you're adventurous, can go to gateway mall and try to hunt for uni chicks
