For MBC, note that ground floor is open 24 hour .. so even day time, can fish .. cheaper some more..

Try not to negotiate loudly, as they will be ostracised if they take too little, for example, when a girl hits on 2,000 peso, you can bargain down to 1,500 (though rarely I don't as my benchmark for "NORMAL" price is anything ok as long as below 3000
