Rear seats in the car is the best place. Unless you are driving a mini.
Front seats are more spacious at the passenger side compare to the driver seat. So you have move over and be on top of her. Your knees are going to get uncomfortable but who cares right?
Make sure the seat is push all the way back and the seat is tilted back.
Another position is doggy but this have to be done at the passenger seat.
