I suggest that you tie up with, always helpful Brudder Datou, and others who will be in town during your proposed trip and stay in the same hotel as the others, as it helps co-ordination.

Angeles, more more specifically, Balibago, is, in my view, a even more easier place to manage than Phuket - just a 3km straight stretch where the action and amenities are; no language barrier issues; and the bar rules are consistent.
