Hello Harry the Horse. I have lived in Angeles for 4years, and I think most people don’t like the overcharging that the trikes do. I am sure you are aware that there is a Trike Fare Matrix. I have just found out that the trike drivers were given fuel cards in the 1st part of 2011. Maybe you would like to run a small piece in your next newsletter on this matter. Because when I occasionally try to get a trike, the drivers always say that the increase in their fares are due to the rise in fuel costs. Craig Williams
