Rates of massage is always displayed infront of counter, some even display outside with banners to draw in customers due to intense competition.
As for specials, it is always nego. Gals will see if you are outsider, if yes, they chop robert. Even you outsider, always remember a few places and tell them the rates at other places are so and so( 50-100k for HJ, FJ 150K to 200 depend on standard). For list of places with specials, read my link.
End of the day, there are no standard rules when come to cheonging. You see, you like, you nego.
