Bro Brengsek, maybe telling her that you will mask her face/identity may perhaps reassure that her privacy is protected. Coupled with some soft persuasion about her attractive features may help to regain confidence of herself. If it really doesn't help, I think you will have to pause awhile for a few months before trying again.
For instance, my ultra-conservative wifey don't mind her photos being posed for Bros as long as she is masked....after much persuasion.
She was even turned on when I told her that our closed buddy friend "accidentally" saw her following photo after I secretly placed the photo in a book I lend him.
