one more thing... you may get caught up by airport taxis, which try to pick up pax, but once inside, you realise there is no freaking meter ..
then the driver pulls out a 'charge card' and says "Makati to SM North .. 300 peso" and it is printed ..
You either can depart the taxi ... or stick with it .. especially when you are around Kalayan, where taxis are so damn rare
So ... when you see a worn, hacked taxi and a smart new one, go for the former .. as the latter may or may not be a airport / charter taxi .. assholes ....
