Guess taxis is a favorite bugbear of those who have been in or around manila
Airport taxis - i try to avoid them like the plague, if at T3, go to departure lounge by escalator, and try and catch a white taxi from those dropping passengers off
at T1, go 3rd floor via elevator or escalator and catch a white taxi as well after they drop passengers off
and always insist on metered rides... sure beats the yellow airport taxis which adds up to almost double the normal fares
