I had been in Dusseldolf few times. Very boring especially you do not know anyone. It is not easy to have fun. It was only by luck one day a German friend drove me out of town about 30 km to a bungalow. It works like a bar with ladies sitting and walking around. Pick one you like, chat her up, and go into a room to satisfy your need. I do not know how much it cost as the German friend settled the bill. I guess it would not be cheap. Try to find a German friend and ask him about this far away place. I am very sorry that I do not know the name as it was pitch dark when we drove out of town.
I was staying in Hilton, and the bell boy offered to call a big-boob female student for me for 300 Euro (Damn Expensive). I did not take it up as I might end up with a female Professor, instead of a young student.
