Brudder, I am afraid almost all cannot understand or speak English. Body language is the way to go for you. I saw some cockasians also booked PRC WL. The cockasians still enjoyed the session judging from their grinning faces after their sessions. However, you may lose up on the GFE from the PRC WL if you don't speak their language.
