89hotel is not a budget hotel lah. So popular tat even on weekdays lungsung tak ada kamar dong! U need to book in advance...esp on the standard rooms. Selling like hot cakes! This hotel can beat formosa anytime. The only upperhand latter got is cos of its proximity to makan and joint places, imo.
