Not wait long long, but maybe long long ago. 4-5yrs back should still be able to do so, and if never remember wrongly, RP rate was still over S$1-5K, thou down from 8-9k range. But even during the crisis period, pay 300-400K still alot cheaper compared to....now. Dun know it is the inflation or those blood sucking OBAT price went higher n higher.

Well I never compare FL bonk rate with those PR, although their quality maybe somewhat better, but the "hanging" price not worth the trouble. The PRs will spent more time hanging ard those that can afford to throw money in the KTV rooms. And in comparison, normal cheongsters like me cannot compare in terms of the amount of money those local indos can burn.

500K to 1 mil....maybe sticking to fishtank would be a better idea. Less thrill, but will save alot of energy and time.
