Nope...Harbourbay got no mega mall at present...CareFour will open on 2010...I think sometime in sept 2010, If you exit ferry terminal, you will notice a big carefour sign board. Next year Harbourbay ferry terminal will be very crowed when all the Food centre open for bussiness...and they want to turn Harbourbay into a entertainment centre....with sea food resturant, bar, ktv, bowling centre, cinema, massage centre, private housing estate facing the sea.....if you exit from the ferry terminal, you should notice all the construction going on....
For shopping mall...it is within walking distance to hotel...depending on which hotel you stay....Now you already know that DC mall is opposite to M82...the place you call chicken and nearby Utama Hotel...
If you stay Hotel 89...can walk to Top 100, further down the road is BCS mall, if you stay Novotel or pacific can walk to another Top 100. (there is two Top 100 in Batam, one in Johon and the one near Hotel 89 is in winsdor...
If you stay near formosa can walk to Nagoya Hill....so you see all the 4 maga mall is in one circle....
