went to do some recce on wkend, cos OC was too bz shopping till her pants drop. i noticed some parts of suntec & millenia walk quite quiet at night. now econ bad, not many ppl shopping till late. maybe got many good quiet location can use after 10 or 11pm. especially the section facing the ECP-rochor exit.
