Hey bros, i haven't been to balai for donkey years liao. The 'shops' still all concentrated in the small 'village' near a disco (forgot name liao but very happening and alot of drug taking)? Coz last time the 'shops' are right smack in town but forced to move by the local govt.
Used to know the cina OKTs there. They own quite a few shops and i personally knew the number 2 in the chain of command. Before me and my friends go balai, i will drop him a call on his mobile and he will be at jetty to pick us up. Only trade off is must pick girls from his stables, but i don't mind coz his stables are always the better ones. Also will call him and his OKTs out at night for dinner and drinking. Sort of a 'paid' protection.
Also used to sian the local cinas... got quite a few mm numbers but i never call them coz no guts... hahaha...
