If niether of both, how could you summarise that our company is a CON, we do not force our clients to purchase our services, we let them know the price up front; they have a choice to take our services or not.
Price might be a bit dear for you, but do you know what kind of services we provide?
Pay peanut get monkey service, pay money get good human service.
What is worth while for some; maybe too expensives for you.
I cannot blame you for being upset to be outside our services prices range, we hope someday we would able to serve you within your price range.
