Yes it's alot of money for Barry but I think many fans are upset cos it means Alonso has to leave (not sure about this from Rafa's latest comments). It means we are being treated as a top club by smaller clubs, so I suppose we should accept this in future and get along with it.

Yes agreed, Plessis would need more experience, and both Barry and Mascherano would be good tuitor for him,
