Sorry about the cock up today, she did tried to find the hotel but the cab driver didn't know the place and dropped her at race course road to search by herself. She called 100 to get the number of the hotel, only to be given really sucky attitude by the hotel staff, refusing to give directions. My sincere apology to you for her cancellation!
