Some ways to take care of your rod (not exhaustive) :

* Habits to stop : smoking, drinking
Do not go for pills - it may give you temporary relief, but damages your body in a big way.
Finally, manage your expectations. Things may not longer be the same as you age, but you can certainly continue to enjoy quality boom boom with reasonable hardness and duration, for many years.

I think Polyclinics do provide test for testosterone levels. Mine is low.
my Doctor advise me to take Calias before sex activities.
Used to have good JG master ( Yoyo), think she is back to China.
Now hv to find a good JG master, not those HJ type. lolx
