Yes its a common tactic they employ. The issue with payment is really quite a sensitive part because as what brother Dnat says, if we pay them too little or not the agreed price, then they may come back and create a scene.
I heard recently 1 experience of a Bro who took a girl back from Pacific, bonked her once and decided to let her go due to some reason. He paid her less than the agreed amount and next morning at 7am the girl came back with her friends and banged on the door of the bros hotel room. Quite a scene was created at his room and it really spoilt the whole day for him.
So i guess its discretion and reasoning. What Bro Rub&Buah did by paying her off the agreed amount could have avoided some ugly scenes. so really IMHO its up to the bros there and then to exercise their judgement calls as to whether they should pay the full agreed amount or a lesser amount since shes leaving before her agreed time.
